Anne Curtis Smith (Filipino-Australian) is an actor, TV presenter, artist on record and entrepreneur. The award-winning actress has received numerous accolades during her career. Additionally she has also been recognized for her two Gawad Urian Awards and 8 PMPC Star Awards for Movies. Curtis was a part of a variety of TV programs, like Hiram kampanerang Kuba (2005) Maging Sino Ka Man Dyosa, 2008 Green Rose 2011 and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw 2013. In Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel she played the Komiks legendary character Dyesebel. She also hosted the It's Showtime show at noon (2009-2010) Anne Curtis was born in Melbourne in Australia on 17th of February in 1985. She is an Filipina as well as an Australian actor. Her achievements include a host of awards throughout her career. There have been two FAMAS Awards have been given to her, along with is a Luna Award and two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards. Additionally she has also been nominated for two Gawad Urian Awards and Eight PMPC Star Awards for Movies. She played Dyesebel as the eminent Komiks character from Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. She also hosted It's Showtime on the afternoon (2009-2010) Curtis is the daughter of Carmencita Ojales, a Filipina born in Bolinao Pangasinan, and James Ernest Curtis Smith who is an Australian attorney. Born in Yarrawonga within Victoria, Australia. Her father James Ernest Curtis-Smith got married to Ojales in 1982. The older sibling Jasmine is also an actor. Clare is a cousin of theirs on the death of their father. Clare passed away at 4 months of age in 2007 after suffering from an cardiovascular disease.
